Intranet Redesign & Employee Engagement

Led a team of employees, who did not report to me, through a successful global Intranet redesign and transformation project, as Editor-in Chief for Canada to win a Gold - Spirit of Progress award. (Sodexo NorAm - North America) Increased Employee Engagement rates by 12% overall, as measured by independent AON-Hewitt survey (Target: 8%).

Digital Marketing & Communications

Managed various leadership blogs, digital communications (HPL), email marketing strategies and leadership team briefings across the country, (Sodexo Canada) as well as papers, backgrounders, executive speeches to employees, directors and the media. (HPL, Sodexo Canada, GOC)
